I finally figured out what the problem is. When you order a size, if it doesn't specify that it is Women's size specifically, then it is listed as a MEN's size! This is why people are buying shoes that are too large, because they are ordering a men's size that they buy as a female size.

Mens size is always 1. So for instance if you're a 7 in female size, you are a 5. So you would order a 5. Then it's a perfect fit. Also helps to translate to European sizes if they are listed.
